detenerse en Carolina del Norte, dijeron las autoridades en documentos judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las acusaciones contra Adalberto P\u00e9rez, de 46 a\u00f1os, de Opa Locka, Florida, se hicieron p\u00fablicas en documentos revelados el jueves en el Tribunal de Distrito de Estados Unidos en Miami, donde se le acusa de planear el robo de marzo de 2015 en Carolina del Norte, en el que tres hombres armados se fugaron. 4,8 millones de d\u00f3lares en lingotes de oro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e9rez recibi\u00f3 orden de detenci\u00f3n el jueves por cargos de conspiraci\u00f3n para cometer el robo y posesi\u00f3n de un arma para promover el crimen, en espera de una audiencia de detenci\u00f3n programada para el martes. No se declar\u00f3 culpable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su abogado, Frank J. Gaviria, se neg\u00f3 a discutir las acusaciones espec\u00edficas, pero dijo que P\u00e9rez tiene la intenci\u00f3n de \u201cluchar vigorosamente contra estas acusaciones\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan una denuncia presentada en el caso, el robo del cami\u00f3n perteneciente a la compa\u00f1\u00eda naviera TransValue Inc., con sede en Miami, ocurri\u00f3 el 1 de marzo de 2015 en la Interestatal 95 en el condado de Wilson, Carolina del Norte.
