estudiante\u201d, dijo el abogado defensor Frank Gaviria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cliente de Gaviria, Frank Acosta, de 18 a\u00f1os, est\u00e1 acusado de apu\u00f1alar a Mauricio Padr\u00f3n, de 17 a\u00f1os, en la secundaria Barbara Goleman Senior High en Miami Lakes el 7 de febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gaviria public\u00f3 el viernes dos videoclips tomados de un celular que mostraban a la v\u00edctima, Padr\u00f3n, actuando como el agresor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El video muestra a Padr\u00f3n, quien es corpulento, sin camisa, esperando a Acosta en la escalera despu\u00e9s de que ambos tuvieron una discusi\u00f3n en la cafeter\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el video, se ve a Acosta tratando de alejarse pero no puede hacerlo porque la escalera est\u00e1 muy llena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Padr\u00f3n se abalanza sobre Acosta. Acosta saca una peque\u00f1a navaja y apu\u00f1ala a Padr\u00f3n. Padr\u00f3n vuelve a perseguir a Acosta antes de que los dos sean separados por otros estudiantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un segundo videoclip, se ve a Padr\u00f3n caminando hacia la oficina de la escuela con sangre corriendo por su espalda. Gaviria dijo que su cliente guardaba la navaja del ej\u00e9rcito suizo en su llavero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acosta fue acusado de agresi\u00f3n agravada y de tener un arma en el recinto escolar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Padr\u00f3n fue arrestado una semana despu\u00e9s por cargos menores de agresi\u00f3n e interferencia con una instituci\u00f3n educativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gaviria dijo que si su cliente es condenado, enfrenta hasta 20 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, pero no cree que eso suceda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCreo que, en \u00faltima instancia, prevalecer\u00e1 la justicia y se retirar\u00e1n los cargos.
