los cargos de asalto y armas el lunes por la ma\u00f1ana contra Frank Acosta, el estudiante de la escuela secundaria Barbara Goleman que apu\u00f1al\u00f3 a un compa\u00f1ero de estudios que, Fue acusado de violaci\u00f3n de armas porque es ilegal traer un cuchillo a la escuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una audiencia judicial el lunes, los fiscales dijeron que \u201cnolle pros\u201d el caso, lo que significa que se negaron a seguir adelante con el procesamiento. Eso significa que se retiraron los cargos contra Acosta, quien afirm\u00f3 que s\u00f3lo se estaba defendiendo contra Padr\u00f3n, mucho m\u00e1s grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMe siento bien, feliz de que todo esto haya terminado\u2026 Cuando me enter\u00e9 me llen\u00e9 de emoci\u00f3n y casi llor\u00e9\u201d, le dijo Acosta a Natalia Zea de CBS4 exclusivamente en espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el memorando de cierre del caso de la Oficina del Fiscal del Estado, los fiscales dijeron que Padr\u00f3n admiti\u00f3 ante la polic\u00eda y sus compa\u00f1eros de estudios que hab\u00eda usado esteroides ilegales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl video mostr\u00f3 que el se\u00f1or Acosta fue verdaderamente la v\u00edctima en este caso, que este era un caso cl\u00e1sico de acoso escolar y que el se\u00f1or Acosta nunca deber\u00eda haber sido arrestado, nunca deber\u00eda haber sido acusado en este caso\u201d, dijo su abogado defensor. Frank Gaviria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acosta no estuvo en la corte el lunes, pero Gaviria dijo que estaba agradecido de que su cliente pueda \u201cseguir con su vida y cumplir el sue\u00f1o americano\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una semana despu\u00e9s del incidente, la polic\u00eda escolar tambi\u00e9n acus\u00f3 a Padr\u00f3n de agresi\u00f3n e interferencia con la educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esos cargos tambi\u00e9n fueron retirados. El abogado de Padr\u00f3n, Robert Pelier, emiti\u00f3 esta declaraci\u00f3n diciendo en parte: \u201c\u2026Al afirmar mi defensa del Sr. Padr\u00f3n, el fiscal del Estado ha informado que desestimar\u00e1n los cargos contra mi cliente, el Sr. Padr\u00f3n.
