The investigation into the tragic crash that occurred on September 2nd in Miami has taken an unexpected turn. New evidence, including dashcam footage, reportedly shows that former Venezuelan congressman Gilber Caro ran a red light, causing the collision that left a 29-year-old man dead and another person injured.

Initially, it was believed that the deceased victim was at fault, but these new revelations have shifted the direction of the case. Caro is now facing charges for fleeing the scene and may face additional charges as the case develops. He is currently being held at TGK Correctional Center with bond set and an active immigration hold.
